Reservations for all Salon appointments can be made at any time up to December 31st of the current year. We have numerous guests who schedule their appointments for the whole year. Scheduling in this manner ensures our guests the times and dates which work best for them.
For the courtesy of all guests and to help us create the relaxing, stress-free environment we endeavor to, please keep all cell phones, pagers and tablets on silent mode.

As you know, our mission at Nevaeh is to welcome our guests into a stress-free relaxing environment. We take pride in spending quality time with you and creating a revitalizing atmosphere. In order to better serve you in our mission, we request that children not be brought to the salon unless they are booked for a reservation. We have this policy in place not only for your child’s protection but to minimize distraction for our guests in the salon. We are sorry for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but appreciate you understanding and taking care to observe it.
Also, we request for the courtesy of 24 hours or more advanced notice before your reservation if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. This permits us to contact and accommodate other guests who desire to get in. If a reservation is not cancelled before 24 hours or results in a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for the whole service missed.

If, however, we are notified after the allotted time, we may charge a fee for additional services provided.
